Implementation knowledge is not necessary, but an understanding of what can be done and what works together is needed.

• Experience performing warm out of house sales. (Most sales will be at customer’s location)
• Ability to take measurements and suggest options to fulfill customer needs.
• Experience documenting what the customer wants and making proposals for sale to customer and for design.

Implementation knowledge is necessary. You will design and draft out the specifications for the system as presented by the sales rep. Your role will be to take the schematics of the project and implement the configuration of the system to include any integration needs. You will have to identify what is needed to make the system function properly. These system needs can range from simple connectors and wiring to additional adapters and signal amplifiers due to length of a run or size of a project.

• Experiencing taking requirements and designing out functional automation systems
• Experience diagramming equipment connectivity and instructions for installers
• Experience following up on, installed connections to ensure system is produce to design specifications.
• Experience creating functional user friendly screens for customer interface.
• Low Voltage License (Preferred)
• Experience directing implementation of design from beginning to end to ensure proper installation and configuration.
