So how does the process work?
5 Star Automation makes it easy for our customers to select a system that best fits their needs.
Phase I
Contact Us
with your vision. All you need is a general idea of what you want and our team will help put the rest together. We meet with you and document your needs based on our conversation. In addition, we make current and future suggestions for your new system.
Many times, our customers will have the vision before they are ready. That is OK.
Contact Us
with that vision and we will help answer questions and meet with you when you are ready. The earlier you meet with us to start planning your project, the better.
Phase II
After you have met with us and we have determined your needs, we put together a customized proposal made specifically for you. The proposal will include everything that was discussed and provide a length of estimated time for the completion of the project. The proposal helps to ensure that everything is there for your reference and approval.
Phase III
Upon your acceptance of the proposal, the design of your system shall begin and an installation schedule shall be discussed. Installation time is based on the size of the project and the availability of resources. Wiring and setup shall be performed first, followed by the installation of stationary controlled elements, and the remaining associated system.
Customers with touch panels will receive touch panel design proofs during the design phase of their project. This will allow for an easier orientation upon completion. At the end of this phase, your system will be ready for use.
